Office of Special Events & Jerry L. Beasley Student Center Event Information Form



Please use this form for any special event that you would like to plan. If possible, submit this information AT LEAST TWO WEEKS prior to the event in order for Special Events Staff to be able to provide the best possible service to you.



THE OFFICE OF SPECIAL EVENTS & JERRY L. BEASLEY STUDENT CENTER MAINTAIN THE RIGHT TO RESERVE SPACES BASED ON A FIRST-COME, FIRST-SERVE BASIS OR BY APPROPRIATE USE AS DETERMINED BY CAMPUS POLICIES.

If applicable, all fees must be paid in full prior to the event.
